Charlotte advises on all aspects of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters with particular expertise in all aspects of acquisitions, disposals and outsourcing, including the effect of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006.
She supports clients dealing with highly strategic and complex issues, through change management processes and managing large-scale redundancies.
Charlotte has in-house experience working on secondment for a postal services provider. She advised in a highly unionised environment in relation to all aspects of employment law, including day-to-day industrial relations, unlawful strikes and amendments to collective agreements, whilst maintaining a flexible and dynamic workforce.
